DIL’s chapters are the backbone, and the heart and soul of DIL. They help raise funds, promote the goals of DIL, spread awareness of the mission and develop a base of volunteer support within a defined region. Each chapter has its own chapter board and plans its own fundraising activities according to the interests of the local community.
